We ship from two locations depending on the product type:
Zen Jewellery – Shipped directly from our artisan studio in Hangzhou, China
Zen Beauty & Zen Wellness – Shipped from our London warehouse
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer (details provided on the product page).
Jewellery orders typically arrive within 8–10 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance or seasonal demand.
Products shipped from our London warehouse usually arrive within 2–4 business days for UK orders.
All orders include fully trackable shipping, and tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched
Please note that any import tax or duty charges that may occur at customs are the responsibility of the customer
Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm such charges as each country has its own rules and regulations regarding importing goods, and these may change at any time. (We recommend contacting your local customs/tax office for further details before placing an order)
