At Pure Zen Elements, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. We offer a warranty to ensure your peace of mind with every purchase.

Jewellery Warranty — 1 Year Coverage

All jewellery purchased from Pure Zen Elements is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty is supported by our artisan studio in Hangzhou and covers material-related damage such as:

✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Structural faults (e.g. broken chains, loose clasps, faulty connections)

For one year from the date of purchase, we will take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us at zen@purezenelements.com and we’ll send you a replacement.

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

🚫Lost items

🚫Scratches or signs of normal wear and tear

🚫Tarnishing caused by moisture, sweat, or chemicals (e.g. perfume, lotions)

🚫Improper use or storage

🚫Any modifications made by a third party

🚫Deliberate or malicious damage to the product

Zen Beauty

Due to the nature of beauty products, we do not offer a product warranty on these items.
If your order arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.

Our Warehouses

We ship from two locations depending on the product type:

Zen Jewellery – Shipped directly from our artisan studio in Hangzhou, China

Zen Beauty & Zen Wellness – Shipped from our London warehouse
Processing & Disptach

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer (details provided on the product page).
Estimated Delivery Time

Jewellery orders typically arrive within 8–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance or seasonal demand.

Products shipped from our London warehouse usually arrive within 2–4 business days for UK orders.
Tracking & Customs

All orders include fully trackable shipping, and tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched
Import Taxes & Duties

Please note that any import tax or duty charges that may occur at customs are the responsibility of the customer
