Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Voucher Activation & Delivery
Digital Gift Vouchers are sent via email immediately upon issue and are available for use right away.
Vouchers have no monetary value until issued by Pure Zen Elements.
Redemption
To redeem, enter your unique Voucher Code in the “Discount code” field at checkouton our website.
Voucher value is applied to the merchandise subtotal before taxes and shipping.
Single-Use & Non-Combinable
Each Gift Voucher code may be redeemed only once.
Only one Gift Voucher may be applied per order. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional codes or automatic discounts, unless explicitly stated.
Currency & Amount
Vouchers are valid only in the currency in which they were issued.
The full available voucher balance will be applied to each order—partial redemptions against the voucher balance are automatic based on your cart total.
Shipping & Voucher Use
Free shipping applies automatically on orders with a £50 or more subtotal after any vouchers or discounts.
If your order total (after applying a voucher) is below £50, standard shipping rates will apply. You may choose to pay the shipping charge or add more items to reach the free-shipping threshold.
Unused Balance & Forfeiture
If your order total is less than the voucher value, any remaining balance will stay on the voucher for future use until expiry.
Vouchers are not reloadable. Once fully redeemed or expired, any remaining balance is forfeited.
Returns & Refunds
Items purchased with a Gift Voucher may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Refunds for returned items will be issued as store credit up to the amount paid (excluding any voucher value).
Expiry
Vouchers expire at 23:59 BST on the date specified at issue. Any unused or partially used balance will be forfeited after this date.
Non-Transferable & No Cash Redemption
Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and hold no cash value, except where required by law.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
Cancellation & Misuse
Pure Zen Elements reserves the right to cancel or refuse redemption of any voucher that is lost, stolen, expired, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.
